A Heartfelt Thank You To Our Local Farm Heroes

At Neighbors Food Pantry, we are incredibly grateful for the generosity and dedication of our local farming community, including Spiller Farms in Wells, Maine. This season, we have been blessed to receive a bounty of fresh, delicious produce from them—and we simply can’t thank them enough.

Thanks to their generosity, our food pantry and others in the area have been stocked with beautiful zucchini, vibrant summer squash, crisp lettuce, and sweet, juicy apples. These nutritious, locally grown foods are not only a delight to eat, but they also make a meaningful difference in the lives of the families we serve.

Fresh produce is often one of the hardest things for pantries to consistently offer, and having access to it improves both health and morale. It’s a reminder that our neighbors care—and that we’re all in this together.

We’re excited for what’s still to come from the harvest season and look forward to continuing this partnership that nourishes both body and soul.
